All customers please kindly note: I am a small business, “not a huge multi national company”. My working hours are Monday to Friday 8am until late. I do not offer a weekend service during the summer months. This enables me to balance my work with my home life. You will often be greeted my a voicemail message. This does not mean that I do not want your business or that I don’t care. Sometimes depending on the amount of work I have to do, you may have to wait until the next working day before you are contacted back. Please be patient and Iwill always call you back provided you have left me a valid number. A good alternative is to email me as I then have a permanent copy of your message, which also appears on my mobile phone. You will receive back an auto responder message to confirm your email has been received. We hope that your experience with our business will be a positive one.
Aerial Work: all work at height is potentially dangerous, a risk assessment will be carried out on your property before any work is carried out. In addition the weather can also increase the risk of an accident. Sometimes we may have to cancel a planned visit at short notice if weather conditions are un-suitable for work to be carried out. If this happens you will be given a priority call as soon as we are able to work.
Electronic Repair Work: all work is subject to the availability of spare parts and an accurate diagnosis. In cases where we need to order spares there will be a delay in your repair being completed. We stock in excess of 10,000 small parts for TV alone, but sometimes we have to order parts in from specialist wholesalers. You will be advised before we place an order in cases where the repair costs are in excess of £60.00.
Disposal of your property If we fail to repair any item which is collected for service we will return it to the original place of pick up as part of our call charge. If we are left with un-collected equipment which needs to be disposed of we may impose an additional charge to cover our costs in disposal. We reserve the right to dispose of all un-collected items after a period of 3 months from the time we ask you to collect an item. All equipment will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way according to current WEEE regulations.
